Collapsible pallet sleeve box is a fully integrated returnable bulk‑packaging solution for industrial circulation transport. The main side walls are constructed from durable PP honeycomb sleeves produced in‑house, delivering stable mechanical performance, consistent quality and reliable lead‑time for mass orders.
The bottom bases and top lids adopt blow‑molded and vacuum‑formed HDPE material. These rigid components feature excellent impact‑resistance and long service life, capable of enduring repeated loading, stacking and rough handling during logistics cycles. Custom‑fitted protective inserts made of EVA, EPE foam or PP dividers can be installed inside the container. These internal separators safeguard your goods against vibration and collision in storage and transit.
Our professional packaging engineering team offers CAD‑aided structure design, product optimization and performance testing services.
