New Butt Fusion Welding Machine Series Launched

We are pleased to announce the launch of our upgraded butt fusion welding machine series, the BC-WM02. This new model features significant improvements in precision, energy efficiency and operator convenience.

Key improvements include ±0.5mm alignment accuracy, digital temperature control with 8-zone monitoring, and a new quick-change heating element design that reduces maintenance downtime. The PLC + HMI control system provides intuitive operation and recipe storage for different board specifications.

The BC-WM02 is suitable for all PP honeycomb board thicknesses from 4mm to 12mm and can handle board widths up to 2500mm. It is ideal for sleeve box manufacturing, including door/window cutting, bending and edge sealing operations.
