India Client Achieves Record Production Output

Our long-term partner in India has reported record monthly production output after upgrading to our latest BC-EL150 heavy-duty extrusion line. The new line has enabled them to increase production capacity by approximately 40% compared to their previous equipment.

The client, a major PP honeycomb board manufacturer in southern India, had been operating our BC-EL100 line for several years. With growing demand from the automotive and electronics packaging sectors, they decided to invest in the higher-capacity BC-EL150 model.

The upgrade was completed in just two weeks with minimal disruption to ongoing production. The client praised the energy efficiency improvements, noting a 20% reduction in per-kilogram power consumption.
